以含銻煙塵為原料,經脫雜處理后,采用真空蒸發法制備了立方晶型納米三氧化二銻,并用XRD衍射和SEM掃描電鏡對產物三氧化二銻進行表征。結果表明,制備的三氧化二銻為立方晶型,顆粒粒徑為35~100 nm。實驗考察了脫雜時間對脫雜效果的影響;考察了蒸發溫度、壓強、蒸發時間3個因素對三氧化二銻顆粒粒度的影響。 |

With dust containing antimony as raw material, nanometer antimony trioxide was prepared by the vacuum evaporation method after removing the impurity, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the antimony trioxide are cubic crystal structure, the particle size is 35~100 nm. The influences of evaporation temperature, pressure and holding time on particle size and the evaporation time on the effect of impurity removing were investigated, respectively. |
